• Production Intern

New Jersey & Company magazine; www.njand.com, a publication, website, and conference medium for Northern and Central New Jersey focusing on commercial and residential real estate, law, finance, and economic development.
NYinc.com, our newest website dedicated to providing New York's C-level and senior executives, the highest quality and most pertinent business information.

The Design Intern You will participate in a variety of projects/tasks daily, which may include:

• Design and layout of editorial content.


• Create and preflight magazine pages for press.


• Scanning, retouching and organizing client images.


• Liaising with sales and production teams.


• Customizing promotional materials for Sales Representatives.


• Attending department meetings and events.


• Designing advertisements for web sites

The ideal candidate is majoring in graphic design, is knowledgeable in the Creative Suite software for PC - knowledge InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator required. Your ability to work under quick deadlines and be detail oriented is key. Candidates should have a developing portfolio.

This is an unpaid internship in our Kingston, NY office, to fulfill college credit hours.

The Production Intern You will participate in a variety of projects/tasks daily, which may include:

• Developing and designing ads for new or existing clients.


• Trafficking and archiving client artwork and ad materials.


• Design, edit and proofread final pages for press.


• Create and preflight magazine pages for press.


• Scanning, retouching and organizing client images


• Liaising with sales and production teams


• Customizing promotional materials for Sales Representatives.


• Attending department meetings and events.


• Designing advertisements for web sites
